santiago rivas: 

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Journalist, graduated from the Argentine Catholic University, and photographer, with twenty three years of experience across Latin America and eight years working with the industry to bring solutions for their best communication for the region.
On these 23 years, Santiago worked with more than 70 specialized media in all continents, mainly in Europe and Latin America.
Also, he had published twenty books, and he is editor of the magazine Aviación Agrícola for the Argentine Agriculture Aviation Federation, and Pucará magazine, dedicated to the Latin American Military Aviation. He is consulted many times by officials on the Argentine Defence Ministry and the Armed Forces.

João Paulo Moralez: 

Born in São Paulo, Brazil. He graduated in 2007 from Anhembi Morumbi University, in social communication, with postgraduate in organizational communication and public relations at the Cásper Líbero College. From 2002 to 2017 he was editor of the Brazilian magazine Asas, and between 2015 and 2017 of Força Policial - SP magazine , with a huge experience in the Brazilian market, in addition to the rest of Latin America. He is also the author of six books.

Florencia LUcero heguy: 

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Florencia graduated in 2001 from the Argentine Catholic University, with a post graduate on Agri-business at San Andrés University. She specializes in journalism related to Agri-Business and is in charge of a special area of Pucará dedicated to this sector. Also, she has worked since 2001 as a contributor to several aviation related media.

In Argentina, she has worked for most of the main printed media, like Clarín, La Nación and El Cronista newspapers and for the most important agriculture magazines and websites.

Since 2007 she also specialized in corporate communication for different companies, including brands like BASF, Zurich Insurance, Toyota, Mosaic and others.
